✨ GraphicsVision.ai organises together with the China Cultural Heritage Information and Consulting Center the 🧠”Training Program in Intelligent Technology and Cultural Heritage Conservation” held in Berlin in December 6-19, 2024
🖼️ 🎨A delegation of 25 personalities from China, representing very important Chinese museums and cultural organizations led by Zhang Zhe from CCHICC, participated in the technological mission organised by GraphicsVision.ai that took place between📅 December 6 and 19 in Berlin.
🎯The main objective of this mission was the cultural exchange to analyze how intelligent technologies can support the management of cultural heritage and its applications.📈
📜The program included innovative applications of generative artificial intelligence🧠👩💻, the latest developments in 3D reconstruction technology, the application of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies 🔎in cultural heritage conservation, intelligent data and knowledge service technologies📚, the practice of IoT technology in the protection of cultural heritage, and the integration of virtual human technology with the metaverse, all aimed at enhancing the scientific, technological, and management capabilities of the training group members in the field of cultural heritage conservation. The relevance of standards was addressed, as for instance the ISO X3D standard from the Web3D Consortium.
🤝This initiative is of strategic importance for both China and Germany due to the technological exchange it involves in the sector of cultural heritage and intelligent technologies.
👀Some of the main technologies addressed are 3D Digitization, reconstruction and archiving, AR/VR and Extended Reality, NLP and Computer Vision and Cloud computing and immersive technologies.
👩🎓👨🎓The participants enjoyed an agenda full of presentations and immersive experiences that contributed to networking between entities and regions, and to establishing different ways of collaboration in this field 🌏.
Graphicsvision had an important representation through the associated centres Vicomtech, Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI, CCG/ZGDV Institute/, @HPI and with China Germany Artificial Intelligence Institute with Zhuhai 4DAGE Technology Co., Ltd/CGAII. The delegates of these centers had the opportunity to participate with different roles in this relevant technological Mission.
